149 / OOTD: RAINY DAYS

Today was a very rainy and dreary day so I was not in the mood to dress up too much. So while milling around this morning, I decided to wear two of my favorite thrift scores. I decided to pair them with a knitted vest I got from H&M. Its nothing too fancy but this is what I wear when I want to appear to be  semi-mature and a conservative.
